Agreement

This website is operated by Legal entity to confirm (“Ashgrove Data”). By using it you agree to these terms. Any engagement to value, de-identify or license your company’s data is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms.

Estimates are not offers

The calculator and any figure on this site are indicative estimates built from public information. They are not an offer to buy, a guarantee of price, a formal valuation or an appraisal. Actual offers depend on rights, data quality, de-identification, exclusivity and buyer demand.

No legal, tax or financial advice

Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship. Take advice from your own counsel before licensing or selling data.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own business purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or submit information you are not authorised to share. Only submit a valuation request if you are authorised to discuss your company’s data.

Content and trademarks

The site’s text, design, calculator and graphics belong to Ashgrove Data or its licensors. You may quote short passages with a link to the source page. “Ashgrove Data” and the ring mark are our trademarks; other names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

We cite and link to third-party reporting, filings and websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content; figures are reported as published on the dates shown.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Ashgrove Data is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site, or for decisions made in reliance on its estimates or content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Governing law to confirm, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
